Returning wrong size or faulty goods
1.If any product that is purchased does not turn out to be the correct size for you then we will exchange it for the correct size provided that the product is returned within 7 days and has not been used in any way and is returned to us in its original packing "as new". Before returning any product for an exchange, CDC must first be notified and the method of return agreed.
2.If any product that is purchased is faulty CDC will exchange it for an identical replacement free of charge provided that the product is returned to us in its original packaging and the fault is notified to us. Before despatch of a replacement item we will have to verify the fault. Before returning any product that is considered faulty, we must first be notified and the method of return agreed.
Course Deposits
1.If a course place is booked then a non-refundable deposit is required before your place on the course is confirmed. The only time this deposit will be refunded is if a doctors medical certificate confirms that you are permanently unfit to dive. This certificate must be presented to CDC at least 14 days before the start date of the course.
2.If you are unsure whether you will like diving then we suggest you try a Discover Scuba session prior to booking onto a course.
3.Deposits are not refundable if you change your mind or decide you don't want to complete the course for any reason other than medical grounds.
Equipment Rental
1.Equipment will only be rented to qualified divers. Proof of diving qualification will be requested when renting equipment. Dry suit rental requires proof of dry suit diving qualification.
2.A deposit or credit card imprint may be required when renting equipment. In the event of loss or damage of rented equipment you will be required to cover the costs of repair or replacement of that equipment.
3.CDC does not accept liability for any accident or injury caused by your use or misuse of rental equipment or for your failure to correctly use the equipment provided.
