This course is for those people wanting to learn to snorkel properly before they go on holiday to places like Egypt, the Maldives, the Carribean or anywhere else that has beautiful corals and marine life.

While many people buy snorkeling equipment and just learn to do it by themselves, quite a few find that they are unable to clear their snorkel properly, find their mask leaks or fogs up, or that they are unable to get more than a couple of metres under the water before their ears start to hurt. All of these things can ruin the fun that is to be had while snorkeling and are easily cured by some simple techniques.

We teach you what features to look for in snorkeling equipment, how to stop your mask fogging up, how to clear your snorkel and proper breath holding and ear clearing techniques to allow you dive beneath the water to get closer to corals and marine life.

Courses are held in the pool at Bottisham Village College, in Bottisham, Cambs.
